Meditation



Meditation has been part of my life for many years. It is more than something I do, it is part of who I am. It grounds me, keeps me focused, brings clarity and connects me to myself.


You may feel you don’t have time to develop a meditation practice, or that it is difficult. Neither are true. Giving yourself even ten minutes every day, to sit in meditation, brings many rewards. There is a practice to suit everyone, regardless of their circumstances.


We live in a busy and noisy world, and our minds, also, are busy and noisy. Meditation teaches us to filter out the unnecessary noise, so that we can think clearly and make good decisions. There is a wealth of scientific evidence to show that meditation is beneficial to your body and mind. A regular practice reduce stress and anxiety levels, builds concentration and focus, improves creativity and helps to regulate emotions. It deepens your connection with yourself, and by default, your connection to others. Meditation is like a spring cleaning for your mind, clearing out the unnecessary junk.
